Create script: Create a 60-second script from the article. ChatGPT is advised, but be sure to edit it carefully for accuracy and informative tone.
Create audio: Paste the script into ElevenLabs using the voice “Brian.” Listen to the audio to check pronunciation. You may need to use phonetic spelling for names and write out things like TDOT as Tee-dot. Download resulting audio.
Gather visuals: Collect photos from the article. (Download files from WP Media Library.)
Build video: In Canva, Create Video (Landscape). Upload the audio and the photos. Arrange/edit. Animate. Download video.*
Add captions: In Canva, Create Video again and upload the video. (*You may be able to bypass the second upload if you have a paid Canva account.) Go to Text, Captions, Generate Captions. Download video.
Upload to socials: In Meta, upload video to both Facebook and Instagram. In the social post, put a summary, and credit the reporter this way: (Report by John Smith/Clarksville Now) After it posts in Facebook, add a link to the article in the comments.
